Kumari Investment Properties is branching to Kumari of the Woods and with the right investor, possibly purchasing a working hemp farm that has a beautiful, restored farmhouse for retreats. These are two big projects that both require capital to get going:  Kumari of the Woods is a Retreat for Artists and others, maybe corporate professionals to connect with the natural world.  Kumari of the Woods sits on 52 secluded acres but with easy access to both Vermont interstate highways. We want to build several small cottages, tasteful, comfortable and off the grid all sitting within lovely trails with long range mountain views.

Kumari Investment Properties is owned by Patricia and Ben Younce, mother and son team.  Patricia is an artist and professor and yoga instructor/life coach.  Ben is an artist, shaman and licensed master plumber.  Their artistic and soul searching endeavors honor the land and the natural beauty of Vermont seasons.
