Company name and description: Real Property Group was started in 2007 as a real estate investment platform. The company acquires undervalued and distressed single family homes and small commercial properties, rehabs the assets, and then uses several different exit strategies to maximize the return on investment. Kevin Earnest is a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker. We have completed hundreds of successful projects consisting mostly of flips. We also have some unique ways we add value to the projects.

At its peak, Real Property Group employed hundreds of construction workers and almost 100 Real Estate Agents. While part of the GMAC Real Estate Franchise, Real Property Group was awarded the fastest growing office in North America. The company has now evolved back to its roots of catering to investors, both small and large.
