In 2012 after studying for months under a series of mentors and coaches from the Steve Martel program, Jeffery founded Capital Investing Solutions LLLP, a Canadian owned real estate investment company that specializes in acquiring under-managed, under-valued and high-quality income-producing real estate in various markets throughout the United States, which include, but not limited to single family homes, townhouses, condos and apartments buildings.
Jeffery's goal is to provide our investors great investment opportunities with better return than their traditional investments such as GICs.
Capital Investing Solutions currently focuses in the Atlanta, Georgia market and Tampa, Florida.
