We have no overlays to our underwriting! We are a direct Ginnie Mae seller service lender which means better pricing for your buyer and no overlays to deal with. If the loan fits the 4155 or the Fannie/Freddie guidelines then it closes it is that simple. If the loan makes sense then we will close it. It is that simple. We do not have warehouse line restrictions as we are the lender and service provider. We are currently servicing about 90% of what we are closing. That means your buyers will be making payments directly to Sun West!

In house underwriting and Funding! I can close a loan in a week as well. I have closed 3 loans that other lenders couldn't get done because of their overlays!
