Chandigarh is a city and union territory in India that serves as the capital of two states, Haryana and Punjab. The city of Chandigarh was the first planned city in India post independence in 1947 and is known internationally for its architecture and urban design. The city has projects designed by architects such as Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, Jane Drew & Maxwell Fry. The city tops the list of Indian States and Union Territories with the highest per capita income in the country.
Charles-Édouard Jeanneret, better known as Le Corbusier ; October 6, 1887 – August 27, 1965), was an architect, designer, urbanist and writer, famous for being one of the pioneers of what is now called modern architecture. He was born in Switzerland became a French citizen in 1930. His career spanned five decades, with his buildings constructed throughout Europe, India and America.He was a pioneer in studies of modern high design and was dedicated to providing better living conditions for the residents of crowded cities.Le Corbusier adopted his pseudonym in the 1920s, allegedly deriving it in part from the name of a distant ancestor, "Lecorbésier." He was awarded the Frank P. Brown Medal and AIA Gold Medal in 1961.
The most important aspects of real estate prices in Chandigarh is it's planned design & limited availability. As mentioned previously we deal exclusively in this region which has been totally saturated in terms of availability resulting to high rise in property rates. Our experience of decades in the field and our network of reputed & highly experienced associates working with us enables us to choose, negotiate and purchase these residential, commercial & industrial properties in the region at the most genuine and reasonable prices helping us to earn assured high profit margins for our investors.
We do not invest in new / upcoming real estate projects as the future of these projects are not definite and more often these purchases are profitable only with long term projections.
Our team of highly experienced & efficient associates choose & select properties only in the fully developed areas where the availability has reached the saturation level where the demand over-performs the supply and we can easily assure handsome high profits for our investors. We work on papers with agreements and are open to short term / long term / profit sharing terms, whichever makes our investors more comfortable. We offer assured minimum margins (12% to 18% annually) to our investors. As all the purchases are done directly on behalf of investor's firm; thus all the properties purchased are on the sole ownership of our investors. This makes our investment process even more genuine & secure. We can manage any size of investments ranging upto 1000 Crores (Indian Rupees)
