Hello Gregory, it sounds like we maybe able to work on a deal or more together from what you have described in your profile and I would like to know more or at the very least get information about your company. I provide funding for real estate transactions primarily in the US but I do have a lot of contacts and active projects going on in Vancouver, BC. We have a slew of real estate professionals looking to build their holding portfolio's or looking to purchase a bundle of properties for flipping and in cases we are able to provide full funding plus rehab monies.
Our loan terms can range from 1 to 30 years with loan amounts from $50,000 up to $25,000,000 and interests rates ranging from 3 to 12%. We look for 3 Components in all our loans:
1. LTV's up to 80% and full funding (case by case)
2. Borrower/Property with the ability to service our interest only debt
3. Clear Exit Strategy from our Loan
