You've no PERSONALITY to make such a statement which is, if not an outright lie, it is for sure a malicious misrepresentation. Like in every situation there are two sides to every story. There's no file under YOUR name with us but rather your partner's Jason Ritchie's. Under his name he submitted an application for a $330K bundled transaction which WAS approved and due to be funded through Held Harmless Holdings, Anthony Baratta, Trustee, but we all know where that situation is at. We ARE currently in correspondence with Jason (attachment), where he's telling us: QUOTE: "I still need funding for my deals. If you can provide funding lets make it happen" ONLY then he's asking again for the $500 refund further stating "If you can provide funding lets make it happen. If you cannot provide funding, then refund my 500 dollars. if neither above are true then so be it and the chips will fall where they do. You will probably get some publicity but it will not be the kind you really want. At the end of the day we both have lives to lead and we are trying to make a living. this is not very complicated. We worked on your file and with Jason's consent moved unto the HH funding fortunately we NEVER received from him the required signed and notarized Loan Approval & Payment Instructions which was the reason your file was placed in suspense where it’s been all this time.
