Company name and description: LVProperty Solutions is passionate about building better, safer communities. Although we will take on any project, our favorite projects are extreme rehabbing properties – destroyed, abandoned, neglected homes that need lots of extra TLC. We enter these properties as a team, with an open mind, and create beautiful spaces for future families to love and enjoy.

Every property is unique. Our business model allows us to respect the integrity of each neighborhood and home that we enter, bringing forth unique, inventive ideas to improve the space. We then pitch creative design solutions, and begin the construction process. When it’s all said and done, however, our greatest pleasure is seeing the happiness on our clients faces after a project is completed. This is why we do what we do – helping homeowners, sellers, investors, and potential buyers. The ability to take nothing and turn it into something is extremely rewarding, and drives us through each project, from start to finish!
