I am a real estate agent/investor in the St. Louis, MO area. I'm looking for lenders/partners to work with me on bank repos/Fannie Mae/Freddit Mac/HUD properties that are in zip codes offering the safest/best returns.
Given that properties are generally placed on the market at auction, available funds need to be in place to prove financial ability.
Is anyone familiar with lenders offering the best rates?
