1. If the due diligence consultant turned to be negative result our lender will refund the fee of USD1050 back to your client.

2. He is a professional freelance due diligence consultant based here in UAE with our lender permission to do such due diligence before we engage into contractual agreement with borrower.

3. Your borrower will receive an official company receipt after fee is paid.
