Good to hear! Networking is how to make money in this business. Most people think they can make a Facebook post each morning and suddenly they will make $300k a year. I am here to say that it took me a long time to get there and longer to go above it. It takes dedication and very consistent marketing. Yes, owning this website helps a lot but if I was a Mortgage Broker looking to make big boy money I would spend at least an hour a day, every single day, cold calling Real Estate Agents. I would keep doing it until I received enough referrals to achieve my income goals, whether that goal is $40k a month, $100k a month, or a different number. Anyone that wants to make a nice six figure income should stop being lazy and pick up the phone. There are thousands of Realtors in every single city across the country. Call the ones in your city, then start calling them in the other cities in your state until you are doing so many loans that you cannot do any more. That is how people get rich. They get off their tail and take initiative! It sounds like you are doing a great job at it. It's good to see your recent success. I love watching others succeed on this platform, especially the Veterans like you.
