• Interest Rates: Starting at 5.75% for Multifamily and 6.75% for other assets
• Loan Fee: Starting at 2% to 4%
• LTV: Up to 75%
• Term: 12 to 36 months, with extensions
• Amortization: Interest only
• Recourse: Full, limited and non-recourse considered
• Lending Area: Nationally but only in major markets
• Property Types: Multifamily, condo, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial/warehouse
• Closing Time Frames: 2 to 5 Weeks
• Transaction Types: Purchases, distressed/discounted payoffs, cash-out refinances, rehab, construction completion, and other situations that are time sensitive or otherwise unbankable
