Thanks Louis! I owe my knowledge to the owner of this website. The hard working never quit attitude comes from the fact that if I do not succeed, my daughter and I do not eat. I just took that a step further and realized that if I work hard, work smart, and market 2 hours a day every day on top of my current loans, I have an opportunity to make millions of dollars and set my little girl up for life. Agree with all that my friend. Today's under 25 year old's are unlike any generation I have ever seen or heard of. Just disgusting. Blame goes to bad parenting, horrible anti-American teachers, and an extremely biased news media. For Lisa, what an incredibly and fast success story. Kudos to you for teaching what she needs to know to succeed in both the finance business and also in life. I buy properties so definitely not a Loan Officer but if I was, I would do anything I could do get her on the phone for a few minutes of advice. What a great example of a hard working, knowledgeable, and obviously successful mortgage broker. I will 100% contact her for my next multifamily purchase.

Look how nice you kids play together! If only the new younger generation of entitled punks could get along like all of you! Shaun, anything you do to emulate Lisa is a good decision. I have noticed that you are closing many more loans since you started working for Lisa. Good move. Louis, use her. She is the best. Lisa, you have the work ethic that EVERYONE in any business could learn from. To anyone reading this... If you are a Loan Officer that isn't making seven figures... message Lisa here. Learn from her. Ask her questions. If she has the time she will help. If not, it's because she gets about 2 seven digit loans funded every week. Just saying...
