I was happy to help out. Just pay it forward with someone else in need. You are a huge success and you did it yourself. All I did was give you the tools. You took those tools and worked your ass off.  The difference between you and 90% of the population is that you absorbed everything I said and followed it with perfect accuracy. You never rested and you worked your tail off. Most people sit on their ass and want government handouts or handouts from someone like me. You took the bull by the horns and earned it and it has been very impressive to watch. You deserve your success!

Hi Anthony. Thank you for your comments. Since this is a website for mortgage brokers and lenders I will answer the question. I'm used to it :) Counting the one closing tomorrow morning my year to date income for 2021 is $435,000. BTW this is my first full year in the mortgage business. I should add that the owner of this website personally taught me the mortgage business literally over the phone last summer. We have since met in person but at the time he did not know who I was. I messaged him over and over asking for help and we became friends over the phone. At the time I had a 520 credit score and was getting scammed by my employer. I was a few days away from getting kicked out of my studio apartment. The owner of this website called my landlord and paid my rent for me. He taught me how to market, how to structure a loan, how to process my own loans, and how to provide service after the sale. Without his help I would be homeless and would have lost my daughter. If I am going to divulge my current income I cannot do so without thanking the man that made my new life possible. Monty you have changed my life!

Lisa, I see you post your closings here all the time. Is that a thing? My thought is that it tells everyone on this site who is closing the big loans... apparently you! If this is inappropriate please disregard but I just have to ask you what kind of money someone like yourself makes doing loans? Again don't answer if you don't want but I have a feeling it is a big number. Good motivation for us newbies!
