What a small world. Yes, the first time I spoke with the buyer, he was very adamant about getting below 4%. Fortunately I was able to provide that. Very straightforward deal. High net worth buyers are always the best because they are no nonsense, right to the point, and are always well prepared. This one referred me to his personal assistant who had all documentation needed, pretty much within minutes of my request. Seattle multifamily market is booming right now!

Wow! I was contacted by the RE Broker on this Seattle deal a few months ago. I believe I quoted him around 4.25% and he said his buyers insisted on being below 4%. I had no option to go that low on rate but obviously you had the right lender at the right time. Nice job on a huge deal Lisa!
