<p><strong>We always ask the client to pull their own credit to eliminate an inquiry on their reports. If I as a mortgage professional pull it dings their scores and puts a hard inquiry in their reports.</strong></p>

<p>Hopefully you are an exception to the generalization. Based on experience there are many cautionary flags that pop up, although the bad actors are constantly finding new twists to obtain money from those that are naive or desperate. A person or company must take the time to thoroughly research any offer, company and individual that they are contemplating doing business with.</p>

<p><strong>I use Gmail because I can access it from any PC anywhere. I've had and account since they started in 2004. I always provide a 2nd way to contact me. Don't slam Gmail just because a scammer might use it. There are many hotmail, yahoo...etc emails here too. They're not all bad.</strong></p>
