Saw your question with one of Kingdom Builders Financial Group Consulatant Postings,

Only $10 MIL and above will be considered for International Deals. Do not ask staff which countries we can get funding in. Collect and submit documentation first. At the time of submission to the Funds Group, we will know if this project is of interest. Rates will be presented after an application is submitted, and a Letter of Intent is created.

The due diligence is a “cost to do business” and is not paid to KBFG. It goes directly to the Funds Director and is part of the client’s good faith to complete the funding process once it has started.

The cost to do business will range from $3,500 to $7,500 for commercial projects and $10,000 for oil and gas ventures.

Due diligence is only requested when the Funds Director has thoroughly reviewed the required documents, likes the plausibility of the project, has had an interview with the principal(s), and all are in agreement to press forward. The Funds Director will issue a Letter of Intent. The Cost to do business will be addressed and an expiration date will be included on that LOI.

Payment of due diligence is non-negotiable, non-refundable, and must be paid before the funding process will proceed.

Hope that helps, and we hope you have projects that need funding. Gary
