We are looking for $14 Million USD to enable us to ramp up construction on 140+ room luxury hotel/timeshare outside of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The project is oceanfront and is currently under construction. Not looking for hard money but would be open to debt or debt/equity if the terms are right. Please principals ONLY.
