I have a couple of possible deals in NY- fix and flips (Orange and Dutchess county), with rehab crew ready to go. I need either a money/JV partner with down payment funds for the hard money deal, or a hard money lender that can go 70 LTV. My capital is tied up in another rehab. Willing to consider any arrangment to make the deals work- profit share, for example. Thank you.
