Thank you. Foreign lenders are not going to lend anyone in the U.S. because of our laws and taxation make it non productive. The exception of course is on high levels and large corporations which have methods to work around the high cost and high risk.

Note the so called Sheiks in Saudi are usually criminals in Russia, Nigeria or various other venues with the proceeds going not only to gangsters but terrorists who obtain a  lot of their funding this way.
