I sell roofing but have been thinking of learning how to become a commercial mortgage broker. I have watched dozens of youtube videos to learn as much as I can and I've been coached by the mortgage broker that financed my own home purchase last year so I know the basics. Just trying to learn more on sites like this one so I am ready when I start looking for clients to help.
