Dear Mr. Khaze;I am a residential real estate broker (30 years) who is now
a "hard money broker" I get orders to fund "flips" with a pretty decent profit
margin. I do a "full package" and see the property.I need a funder for a second lien
or could be a first lien which reps..$ to buy and $ to repair not to exceed .65%
of After repair value. However, THE Funder can not get 50% profit and charge
points, too. What do you think? Also, careful to choose projects in good
