    My name is Victor Gresham and I am seeking an $20,000,000 Secured Business Loan for humanitarian purposes.

    The terms I am looking for are as follows:

    $20,000,000 ................Loan Amount
    15 / 7 Years .............. Loan Term
    2% / 3% ...................Annual Interest Rate

    Collateral for the principal amount of $20,000,000 will be United States Government Zero Coupon Bonds and / or other Bank Investment Grade Securities Rated "A" or better by Standard and Poor's, Moody's Investors Services or Fitch Ratings.

    United States Government Zero Coupon Bonds and / or other Bank Investment Grade Securities will 100% guarantee the repayment of the $20,000,000 principal in 15 years.

    United States Government Zero Coupon Bonds and / or other Bank Investment Grade Securities will also 100% guarantee the $400,000 annual interest payment.

    The 2% annual interest rate will be increased to 3% annually after 7 years should the lender decide to continue to finance our humanitarian project for the remaining 8 years.

    The Business Loan Request will be used to finance our humanitarian project named:

    Project LYNAY which is an acronym for "Love Your Neighbor As Yourself."

    Portions of the loan proceeds will be used to purchase housing, food and clothing for the homeless and less fortunate beginning in our home city and state of Houston Texas.

    The loan funds will also be used to pay for and sponsor basic educational classes and career opportunities for the homeless and less fortunate.

    Portions of the $20,000,000 loan proceeds will also be used to purchase and / or start businesses that will allow Project LYNAY to gainfully employ the homeless and less fortunate.
