    Hi Berry my need is 25k for my flip I have owned a property in baltimoe md 21218 area and had it rehabbed in 2006 and market fell so I boarded up the market has picked up so I wish to rehab the value of property as sits now is approxamtely 65k I owe 22k to capital one ( JERRY SACKS ) But he wishes me to flip!
