Interest rates can range from 4.00% to 8.00% depending on a few factors. RJC can include part of the funding as equity if all parties agree this would enhance the performance of the Project / Business.
Types of projects we look for are development, renovations, expansions and acquisitions .
For international projects we start at $20,000,000 USD. USA projects we start at $5,000,000.
If the Project has a construction loan / business phase that precedes permanent funding, then RJC would begin with a construction loan funding and then a roll into a permanent loan when construction phase is completed. Permanent loan can be from 5 years to 20 years in length.
