This is Monty. Normally I don't offer financing outside of the USA. This time, however, I made a friend with a gentleman who is about to retire and wants DSCR funding so he can build a portfolio of rental properties in Aruba. The company I work for during the day owns Cogo Capital, and we do not offer funding outside USA borders. Do any of you offer DSCR or even reasonable rates on private money in Aruba?
