Hello,We are a buy/hold and rent to own company in west/central Arkansas.We are needing funds to purchase pre-selected properties for pre-selected people ready to sign rent to own agreements.Also have three apartment buildings we plan to purchase .Will use the rents and profits to repay long term loan.We plan on obtaining 50-75 propertys in the next five years.Need lender to work with us to help people and earn a modest living/Have a blessed day

HELLO,,,We have a very solid deal from a single Family selling property and relocating.Includes a newer{7yr old} Apartment building 20 units and 7 storage units onsite,another Apt complex with 12 units,also there,s a 70 unit storage building,and approx 25-30 rental homes ALL RENTED, Long term renters and waiting list on apartment blds.This Family has ask us to handle this deal,When completed they have other projects waiting for us to start.We seek Lender,Long term passive returns and willing to offer low interest.All replies welcome.Thank You

My business is a start-up business venture developed by myself for the sole purpose of investing in residential and commercial real estate. This business plan lays out a simple strategy for developing a long-term real estate investment company by leveraging an initial investment of 500.000.

My business model is to market the company to a consistent stream of motivated sellers that are willing to accept the discounted wholesale prices for their property. The properties are primarily rehab if needed and rented out to generate working capital for the company.

When listing with an agent, the owner will pay 6% of the sale price in agent fees and 4% in closing cost.
