What type of loan are you offering with a 3% rate? Today's 30 year fixed interest rate is just below 6.5%. Does not seem like a legitimate loan offer. As owner of this website, I request that you please post details of your 3% funding offer so that I can verify. Normally when someone posts outlandish offers I just delete them so our members are not scammed. This time I am giving you a shot at explaining how you could possibly offer a rate less than half of what everyone else legitimately offers. Please respond by the end of the day.

Thanks for your concern and the opportunity to explain myself, the post said as low as 3% to 10%, not just or necessary 3% only, it’s just a range the lowest we can do is 3% and it’s for old clients and reduce repayment period not up to 5 years.
