We plan to build 60 malls all over SA ranging from 7000m² to 13,000m² in densely populated rural towns on the main service roads. An example would be the Town of Diepkloof where there are 100 000 people who will feed these stores. The management of MM Properties requires funding to the amount of $7,000,000.00 (R60, 000,000.00) to build the first mall.
