We are only interested in working directly with private lenders who are experienced with the needs of residential rehab investors. Our business plan is available to qualified lenders.

Our credit rating and FICO are stellar. Is there anyone out there that would loan with zero payments until the sale of our project - typically 6-8 months? In other words, the loan is paid off on the back. After that, we rinse and repeat, so you will always be making money. Other possibilities will be considered if necessary.
