Depending on the loan size we work directly with a CMBS Citibank Trade Desk on these type of transactions, minimum loan amount is $3.0M no max loan amounts, Non-Recourse...Up to 75%, 5 to 10 year fixed available rates at 5.25% to 5.75%, 30 year loan, depending on property, borrower, etc. For smaller loan amounts we have other source as well but LTV's at 70% on purchases.
