This is a commercial project and we're looking for well established debt financing firms for a 5 to 10 year relationship, could be much longer. This project is not just related to the Bakken oil industry although that is what is generating the massive growth in North Dakota. We are working hand in hand with local land owners, county and city officials and building for the future with the local communities interest in mind.
