<p>Hi everyone. Thank you for your responses! I put this property under contract last Friday and ended up using financing from a lender in Florida. Rate is not great and I will be refinancing the property next year but I had to get under contract quick so I made a quick decision. I will probably post again when it is time to refinance this into a permanent long term loan.</p>
