I am looking for rehab loans.

Should you or any of your colleagues or clients need a loan for residential or commercial property, we lend in all 50 states and can do loans that most other banks or lenders either will not, or cannot, including foreign nationals and higher ratio debt to income on FHA at 50%. We do loans from $100K to the multi-millions

Our newest program can finance with 1 day out of BK or Foreclosure for primary or secondary residence.

We also have special non-owner financing for 1-4 units stated income, stated asset from $100K to $2MM and no income no asset for commercial from $100K-$5MM as well as many other programs, including construction to perm. and portfolio loans over $500K.

Another non-owner program takes the income from 1-4 units instead of borrower qualifying except a fico of 620, and will lend up to 70%.
