Foreign Nationals

Looking for a lender that will lend in about 7 diff. states to Foreign Nationals these people do not live in the US they live in South Africa.  No socials no ITINs.  They are looking to purchase SFR from a builder.  NOO - LTV is 65% with 35% down.  Loan amounts will range from 100000 - 120000.   Believe it or not they are rate conscious looking in the 5-7% range.
