We are looking for a $20M construction loan for an Events Center in Las Vegas next to a Sheraton our developer is now finishing.

We are also looking for a $12M construction loan for 30 waterfront SFR development in Hawaii.

Both of the developers have long successful track records, and have a net worth exceeding the loan requests, but are looking for non-recourse construction loans.
