Hi Wayne.. I have a few equity investors at my disposal. They are only interested in Real estate projects ranging from 1 million all the way up to 100 million.

I also have group that would finance a solid project at 100%.

Project must be $40 million and up in order to qualify for 100% financing. No fees upfront.
