How much equity besides the lots value do they have into the deal?  Are they build ready/at permit?  Is there feasibility for 8,000+ sq ft homes?  Seems to be super large even compared to what's out there, active.   I'm asking b/c one of my main construction lenders is super active in the Reno, Vegas, Sparks, NV markets. I'm in Sacramento, CA.  I'd be interested in taking a look if the numbers actually make sense and the borrowers have wherewithal and experience.  Let me know. Thanks,
