<p>We also entertain taking in a Private Lender(s) or JV Partner(s) in 2nd position - who fund the Gap between the 1st mortgage & the balance of what the project requires. This bridge/gap funding would range from $40k-$80k, depending on the property at the time.and should return 25% per project [or 50% Annualized Nett Return or more ] - pro-forma.</p>
<p>We currently have 3 properties requiring $514k secured by $700k of R.E. assets. Or $40k, $60k & $80k required in 2nd position/note with profit-split.</p>
