<p>We would split the net profits of each joint venture sale PZPS-60%/JV Ptnr-40% after terms on the money are paid. Terms are negotiable, but because of the profit sharing element of the partnership, expected to be considerably lower than current hard money rates.</p>
<p>We buy properties in the $50,000 to $250,000 range in Idaho and Utah.</p>
