thanks for the reply, i realize you are frustrated with HH but = that was your contact. You used HH to get people like me to work with your = company OCF, once we paid our 500 you told us about HH and made us sign som= e contract that we wouldn't go behind OCF funding back. I signed on with yo= u for 500 dollars and then fell into the trap with HH and HH kept me strung= out for 6 months with lies and bogus claims. During this time period I ask= ed for a refund of my 500 dollars many times.

from your website=
=09=09=09=09=09=09=09Our Fees: As long as your transaction meets =09=09=09=09=09=09=09with the requ= irementss and guidelines of the =09=09=09=09=09=09=09respective Lender we&n= bsp; provide a guaranteed funding =09=09=09=09=09=09=09service for only  just =09=09=09=09=09=09=092.5% + $5,000 of t= he funded amount to be paid =09=09=09=09=09=09=09at fun= ding from  the loan's =09=09=09=09=09=09=09proceeds.  Our= processing service fee, if =09=09=09=09=09=09=09you're approved, is =09=09= =09=09=09=09=09only $500 upfront. Our fees are independent an= d on top =09=09=09=09=09=09=09of the lender's fees. If your transacti= on meets the =09=09=09=09=09=09=09guidelines and we don't provide you an ap= proval the =09=09=09=09=09=09=09initial processing fee is refunded at 30 da= ys.

My problem is the= refund, this is a very misleading statement on your website. The approval = is coming from OCF and not the lender, so basically you take the 500 approv= e the deal and never get funding for the customer.

Regardless, I= still need funding for my deals. If you can provide funding lets make it h= appen.

If you cannot provide funding, then refund my 500 dollars= .

if neither above are true then so be it and the chips will fal= l where they do. You will probably get some publicity but it will not be th= e kind you really want. At the end of the day we both have lives to lead an= d we are trying to make a living.

this is not very complicated. = So my first choice is get funding for my deals.

thank you for yo= ur help

i have not heard a word about held harmless doing my de= al, they are going thru some legal troubles, their website is gone and I ge= t some bogus email about wanting to continue with funding. I have given up = on held harmless, maybe in future they will resurface but for now they are = gone.

Bottom line Held Harmless was a scam

You have t= aken 500 dollars from me and I would like to work out a solution

The easy route, can OCF private lending provide funding from some other so= urce for my deal or you can refund my 500 dollars.

The hard rout= e, i can begin my internet campaign to ensure everybody knows about OCF prv= iate lending and my experience. I have seen you posting on various sites lo= oking for funding. I did not respond to your posts because I wanted to give= you one more chance

thank you
