I need seed for clients, domestic and global.

I am a seasoned Underwriter by contract. I wish to enjoy this great site, and will stay within the purpose. After all, in this new economy... nobody need be desperate. My brother told me at dinner, "if we roll out of bed and answer the phone, we're going to make a cool 6 figures." He proved this to me, and so, I went into Capital Recoveries. Specialized. The investors, almost all private money, were very appreciative. Some had property problems in "cash cow loans" (bad areas, great returns). I see them through. It wasn't long before I was asked how much I would charge to underwrite. That includes meetings, Site Reviews, reports on the vital docs... such as appraisal review, and to condition offers as well as final docs.

Here now, my interest is for various clientele who need to borrow either "seed money", to use for process, documentation, and to qualify. I will NOT place my ad, nor expose my lenders here in this particular forum, as I believe it is for those who need loans. I may have a few. As well, I love to fund turn downs and trouble files. We can all find challenges that make us wider, deeper, more capable... ok, I have to say this: BIONIC!

Fact is some requests are under our minimums, or not what we may wish for our portfolio. Others need a set percentage of cash equity and/or "seed money" to seize the opportunity; to "seize the day." These are driven clientele, as I have no taste for those who wish to see how easy this can be. I can tell you what is most likely. I will not do that here. It would insult many whose claims are made, I am sure with best intents, and yet, makes little or no sense in my vast experience. I will not brag that out either. The smarter clientele and investors seem to decide as I often do, with confidence in their own judgement. My gut instinct has been a vital asset. I listen to try and see a project's vision, as well as to determine if there is some thick skin. I listen, and enjoy. The voices of knowledge and experience come through, and there is no editor face to face either. Thus every project of a certain magnitude or various regions- have complexities and challenges. I will not tell you how easy we can make it. Best first to see the basics and give some options hence. I want always to give my very best!
