As a direct alternative lending source, without prepayment penalties, we can provide:

MidMarket Asset Based Funding  Revenues $3 million$100 million; Capital up to $50 million; accounts receivable, raw/finished inventory and machinery & equipment; Private or public; Service, manufacturing, wholesale trade, retail trade and distributor businesses in all sectors
Business Financing $200 thousand to $5 million; Low credit scores; Normally 10 day or less for funds.  

 

We can finance up to 100% of borrower’s capital request in the form of debt, equity or a combination and allow all documented expense paid by the borrower to be stacked on top of the request funds. We can structure a moratorium on payments until the project is stabilized and cash flowing if the timeline to completion is reasonable. (Determined on a case bycase basis)
General terms and conditions are provided in the form of a NonBinding  Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and if accepted it is followed by LOI/Conditional Commitment. Full commitment when project completes underwriting and approved for funding.

Minimum loan amount is $10M US with no maximums on asset based lending. We will consider smaller loan request on a case by case basis. Funding based on strength of project not LTV or LTC.

Ø Closing of escrow can range from 3090 days with 45 days being the average. Timing is dependent upon client response and thirdparty reporting
Ø All cost –Hard and soft cost and fees can be added on top of funding request

Ø Limited / Nonrecourse financing
Ø Total points: 310 (from closing proceeds) dependent on risk factors and sponsor contribution
Ø Relationship first common, sense underwriting


What you need
Ø A project ‘fit for purpose’ i.e. ready for capital with all licensing, permitting and any entitlement or incentives in place or committed to be in place within 90 days
Ø Cash invested in project (we offer IRS approved credit enhancements)
Ø Equity in project (we can provide an equity strip if needed)
Ø Some capital reserve available to for necessary thirdparty investigation and reports and other lender requirements like site visits, feasibility reporting, due diligence investigation and reports, appraisals or business valuation documentation (we can help with possible crowdfunding programs)
Ø Background of Principal and infrastructure team with track record of success
Ø Unique position of project, innovations or principal experience that enhance the success of the venture
Ø Market research, program, plan or strategy to identify, capture and deliver your product or service to this market.
