criteria:


*Minimum size:$500,000UPB,preferably over $1MM UPB
*Maximum size;No Limit
*Pricing:Typically under 80% of UPB,varies depending on location,collateral,etc.
*Collateral type:Multifamily,Office,Retail,Industrial,Hotel,Mixed
Use,Land but focus on Commercial.

*Collateral location:Anywhere in the USA,preferably  in/near top 150
cities(by population),preferably in Non-Judicial states,but all
locations are considered.

*Loan Status:Typically Non-performing;Performing loans considered.

*Sources of Funds:Cash, committed capital from Private equity
partners,Credit facility.

*Due Diligence Time: Typically 10 days,in some cases 7 days or less.
*Closing Time:Typically 15 days,in some cases in 12 days or less.

*Pools: Yes
