By providing the Lender that Extra Collateral in the form of a Top Rated Bank Instrument, such as an SBLC or BG from HSBC, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, and others, the Lender will have that security that they want from a borrower.
Instead of you coming with 20-30% of your own money to secure your loan, our Collateral Provider will provide that Bank Instrument in your behalf, for just 3% of the Loan Amount.
The Total cost for this service is actually 15% per 1 year. But you only need 3% up-front in Escrow. The remaining 12% will be paid by the Bank or Lender on the back-end of the transaction.
This way, we assist you in obtaining the financing you want with a much lower out of pocket cost to you and after the 1 year, the Instrument is returned back to our Collateral Provider and You then have a Loan to service with the Lender or Bank.
Whatever Loan Terms the Lender or Bank works out with you is totally out of our power. You will have to negotiate all these loan terms directly with the Lender/Bank.
We will need to obtain a valid Proof of Funds for your 3% before we make any introductions with either our Lender or our Collateral Provider. This is non-negotiable.
