Looking for joint venturer partner to do rehab projects

I am looking for a partner to help me do rehab projects. I have different lenders were I can get the money to do the project. But they do not give me all the money's. I am looking for somebody to come in with the rest of the money to be able to do these projects the money. Would be used to make the monthly interest payments or money to put down into title.
