Looking for investor/partner 100% financing ROI 50/50 split

We are in the Phoenix area and worked with an investor, fixed all his problems and made an offer on our first rehab in this area. Shortly thereafter we found out that he was nothing but a liar and a cheat and now we are stuck with no investor for our rehabs. We have been in this business for 18 years and normally got 100% financing for purchase and rehab, then split net profits 50/50. We would like to work closely together with somebody in the Phoenix area if possible, not necessary though. The deals are out there, all what's missing is a serious investor.
