Could you please private message me here on this website? I have a property that I would like to refinance to about a 60% loan to value. Looking at a loan amount of around $140,000. I owe $32,000 amd want to use the cash out as downpayment on more properties.

Monty, Do you have a seasoning requirement? Many of my rehabber borrowers want to refinance out of our hard money loans but find that most lenders base the value on the purchase price plus improvements, not the current appraised value, unless they wait 12 months.
