We are looking for an asset-based lender to provide $270K financing for the purchase of a 17 bedroom assisted-living facility in south central Wisconsin.  Property is under contract for $300K, which is approximately half of what it is actually worth!  We plan to keep this facility, and refinance our private lender out in 12 months.  PNC Bank will refinance with 12 months seasoning.  Thanks for your interest.
