The path of seeking finance has not been too good to me, yet I believe in these proposals sufficiently to keep going forward.

I have nothing to offer in terms of assets or equity, other than the properties in each of the three proposals.

The Fremantle Short Stay Accommodation B&B proposal is highly profitable with strong cash flow and excellent occupancy rates.

I have structured the other two proposals to be equally as good.
